We also enjoyed time in the Canteen and in the O'Brien Hall. It was lovely to have a number of former pupils support us on this day. We were delighted to be invited to watch a number of our former pupils receive the Sacrament of Confirmation from Bishop Neylon, yesterday (Wednesday 7th June), at Sacred Heart Church.
Natan in Year 5, who was celebrating his older brother’s Confirmation, had the opportunity to try on Bishop Tom’s Mitre and hold the Crozier after Mass. Congratulations to all those Confirmed; particularly those members of our St Patrick’s Family.
This week, in school, we have been looking at CAFOD'S Summer 2023 Campaign: 'Fix the Broken Food System'. This is one of our Global Actions as we work towards the LiveSimply Award. We have been writing letters and creating pictures to show how we - as young people - want to change the world. We have also sent a letter to Lisa Nandy, MP, to support CAFOD's Campaign.
