Complaints and Compliments
The Head Teacher, Strategic leadership team and other staff at Saint Patrick's Catholic Primary School are always happy to hear your views, comments, questions and concerns. This way, we can work together to avoid any problem escalating into something more serious.
Compliments
It is always good to receive positive feed-back, this can be given verbally or in writing to the school office. It is encouraging to hear when situations go well and are appreciated, and your comments will always be shared with staff and pupils where appropriate. There is also an opportunity to give compliments through our regular questionnaires or Parent View

Complaints Procedure
If the matter cannot be resolved informally then a formal complaint, in writing, should be handed into the school office marked private/confidential.
