By the end of EYFS we expect our children at Saint Patrick's to have built up the appropriate skills and knowledge to be able to consistently:
*talk about the lives of their people around them and their roles in society with confidence.
*know some similarities and differences between things in the past and now, drawing on their experiences and what has been read in class, independently.
*understand the past through settings, characters and events encountered in books read in class and storytelling.
