Please ensure the forms are completed in full. It is vital all the information that is required is provided ☘️
A birth certificate must accompany your application as proof of age for your child. If your child's birth certificate is not accessible then your child's passport will also be accepted ☘️
A baptism certificate must also be sent to school to support your application. If your child's baptism certificate is not accessible then written confirmation must be provided from your parish Priest ☘️
