Daily 'Well being walk'

Well Being Walk

We believe that as children return to school after such a long time away, it's really important that they are outdoors together being physically active and improving their health and well being.

We hope that by doing this challenge it will encourage our St. Patrick's families to walk to and from school whenever possible.

On a daily basis, the whole school takes part in the daily mile challenge.

This is used as a brain break and is done at break times.

Key Stage 1 children and staff walk around the perimeters of the school taking in and discussing features in the local area.

Key Stage 2 children and staff walk off site all around the surrounding areas of the school and beyond. This gives the children the opportunity to speak to and welcome people in their community.
