World Book Day 📚
Today the whole school took part in World Book Day. The children in school and at home dressed up as their favourite book character to celebrate the day. We took part in lots of fun activities linked to different Roald Dahl books. In Nursery we explored the story of 'James and the Giant Peach'. We explored peaches by smelling and tasting them and talking about their texture. We then created our own peaches using paint and craft materials. We also talked about the characters we dressed up as and why we chose the character. We had such a fun day celebrating World Book Day!
