This morning, Stay and Pray Prayer and Worship was held by Year 1. The Theme was 'Joy'. Thank you to the parents, carers, family members and parishioners who joined us.
Y5 and Y6 children joined local councillor, Jim Moodie, and members of the community in a litter pick in the local area.
The children in Y5 took part in a virtual STEM activity, supported by the RAF. The children designed and tested their own aircrafts.
Year 4 today visited the Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King in Liverpool; the seat of the Archbishop of Liverpool. We enjoyed exploring the Cathedral and learning about its history and impact in the locality. At the end of the visit, Mr Marshall led us in a Collective Worship in front of the Tabernacle in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel; which some members of the public joined us in. Our Tour Guides - Brian and Brendan - said that we were the most engaged and well-behaved group they had worked with. It was a lovely trip!
Children from Nursery through to Y2 were lucky to pay a visit to 'All days' mobile farm.

The children in Y2 were visited by Firefighters who taught them how to keep safe in the case of a fire.
Michelle Baron (class solutions) joined us again to deliver our bespoke financial awareness programme to the children in KS2. Children learn about different sources of income, saving, spending, priorities and budgeting.
