School Transition September 2026

The Local Authority SEND team are holding an annual transition event on Thursday 17^th July 2025 which will provide parents with important information that they will need to consider when preparing for transition to primary school.

They have asked schools to share the link below with families of children with SEND who are due to transition to school in September 2026. Booking is not essential but is highly recommended
