At the beginning of Year 6, pupils can apply to become a ‘Play Leader’. The team of ‘Play Leaders’ provide structured ‘physical activity’ sessions for all pupils in Reception and Year 1.
The Year 5 children get the opportunity to begin to develop their leadership skills at Board game Club where they work with children from reception and Year 1 helping them to develop their ability to play games.
This year will hopefully see the start of children helping to lead the intraschool competitions. More information to follow soon.
