At Saint Patrick’s Catholic Primary School, we use the PlanBee Scheme for Science. So far this year, we have studied the following topics: 'Circuits and Conductors', 'States of Matter' and 'Change in Sound'.

Autumn 1
The children looked at circuits and conductors and learned what conductors and insulators are. They discussed what happens to a light bulb when more power is added to the circuit and how to stay safe when using electricity.
