Reflection Point 1 - We are Loved
Today, in our first session, we explored 'Loving'. First, we discussed and defined 'love', before examining different types of loving. We also examined the teaching of the Catholic Church on 'loving' and linked this to the Parable of the Prodigal Son (Luke 15: 11-32).
For our Respond Task, we created a PowerPoint that defined love; the qualities of a loving person and explained what the Parable teaches us about love and how we can apply this in our own lives. At the end of the session, we shared our presentations.
