Precision teaching is a structured planning intervention used to help improve the fluency and accuracy of basic skills. It aims to ensure children become fluent and accurate in using key skills and to apply these taught skills in their everyday learning.
E.g. Ongoing reinforcement of basic skills in: spelling, punctuation & grammar (SPAG), reading, arithmetic, speech and language & handwriting.
