The children began this topic by looking at the three periods of the Stone Age (Palaeolithic, Mesolithic & Neolithic) and what life was like during those periods. Then they moved onto learning about the Bronze Age and how people started to live in permanent settlements. Finally, they learnt about the Iron Age and what life was like for the Celts.
